When I was at the Workforce Management Summit: Amsterdam Horizon ’19 in the Rijksmuseum on September 6th, prof. dr. Koen Kas told us about delight. By going the extra mile and doing things to set us apart from the rest.

That’s what we all want, right? We want our customers and clients to love our businesses and come back for more. That’s why we need to delight them and give them the things they didn’t even know they wanted!
Mark and I have a huge collection of Magic the Gathering cards and we started selling parts of that collection online. We make sure our product and packaging is great, but we also put a little handwritten note with every order to personally thank them and wish them a lot of fun with their new cards.
